  6. It appears that all these posts say the same thing- the Government can’t produce a simple to use computer program for those they claim are Important to them! I know that I have complained many times, but still there has been No help. Just higher co-payment fees! And longer waits for medical care. We see tons of employees all over the facilities but not much help plus the computer program to allow us access to our records does not carry through with the promise of easy to access information on our health records. If confidentiality is so important why do I have to post my name and email? There is never an answer…

  7. I have been useing myhealthyvet to renew my prescriptions for several years. It was easy. but today I came back to order refills and could not get the system to recognize me at all. Very frustrating!!!!!

  9. I recommend you find a DAV Chapter near you to help you submit a claim to VA. They will help any veteran at no charge. I am a member but you do not have to join to get help. Hope this helps.

  14. I am having frustrations with trying to establish a DS login to claim travel pay. Iam 10 days behind dating back to May10, 11, 12 ,13, 14,17,18, and 19 of 2021. And Octomber 27, 2021 and March 15, 2022.
    I have been locked out 2 times just trying to establish the account.

    I finally figured out how to get into my healthy vet, but I was not able to cancel and appointment because of a security Issue.
    I believe that the whole system is getting worse instead of getting better.
    I miss the days when you could talk to a person that would help or could help.
