I recommend you find a DAV Chapter near you to help you submit a claim to VA. They will help any veteran at no charge. I am a member but you do not have to join to get help. Hope this helps.
Why did pay.gov get so hard to login I’m 76 years old just had learn how to login to pay my account I’m not a computer user like to have away to sign in without all these steps to go by

I am having frustrations with trying to establish a DS login to claim travel pay. Iam 10 days behind dating back to May10, 11, 12 ,13, 14,17,18, and 19 of 2021. And Octomber 27, 2021 and March 15, 2022.
I have been locked out 2 times just trying to establish the account.
I finally figured out how to get into my healthy vet, but I was not able to cancel and appointment because of a security Issue.
I believe that the whole system is getting worse instead of getting better.
I miss the days when you could talk to a person that would help or could help.
What in the world is this site????? I have been using “myhealthevet” for years and now, all of a sudden, the site does not look like it used to and is impossible to log into and to find any of the various options: renew prescriptions, secure messaging, primary doctor, etc., etc.. I am even having trouble logging in to the “myhealthevet” site on my android phone and it is totally impossible to download an app for “myhealthevet.” Please go back to your old site – it was really awesome.
